BECOME A Nanny ASIRI

At Nanny ASIRI, we make it a priority to ensure that all families we work with comply with local and federal employment and tax laws by paying their household staff legally.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

We frequently recruit for various positions, even if they are not posted online. It is important to take the first step and submit your application online in order to become a candidate and have the opportunity to meet potential families. Once we receive your application, we will review it and if it meets our requirements, we will contact you to schedule an initial phone interview. If the phone interview goes well, we will then schedule a interview either at through a video call (Zoom/Facetime). After the interview, we will contact your references for further evaluation. Please note that we do not accept walk-ins. All candidates who we are interested in will be contacted by a care recruiter and an interview will be scheduled.

In order to ensure the safety and well-being of our families, a thorough screening check will be conducted, including a review of all your references. If no negative findings are discovered through this process, you will then become part of the applicant pool from which our families can choose. Additionally, it is required for nannies to be CPR certified. If you do not have this certification, you can obtain it through Nanny ASIRI.

If a family chooses to interview you, we will assist in scheduling the interview. Depending on the client, you may go through a series of interviews. Many families also conduct a trial period with their top choice. If the family decides to make an offer, we will guide you through the process of negotiating the job agreement on your behalf, if you are interested. Prior to your start date, we will perform a background screening check and provide guidance on the next steps with your new employer. We will also address any concerns you may have, such as payroll and tax advice, employee benefits, understanding your work agreement, and knowing your rights as a household employee in your state.

At Nanny Asiri, we strive to ensure that our nannies are fully prepared to excel in their roles. That's why we've designed a specialized training course to enhance their skills and abilities in childcare. What does this course cover? 1. Child Development Processes: You'll learn about the various stages of children's development, from early infancy to adolescence. Understand how to support their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth effectively. 2. Respectful Parenting: We'll delve into respectful parenting practices. This involves creating a loving environment, setting positive boundaries, and fostering relationships based on mutual respect. 3. CPR Certification: Safety is our top priority. The course includes CPR certification. Knowing how to respond in critical situations can make all the difference. Prerequisite for Working at Our Agency: This course is mandatory for all nannies who wish to join our team at Nanny Asiri.
