Our recruitment process
1. Submit Your Application
We recruit even for positions that aren't publicly posted. After we review your application, we'll schedule a phone interview, followed by a Zoom or FaceTime interview and reference checks. We do not accept walk-ins — all interviews are by appointment only.
2. Screen Time
We verify your references, certifications, and background before moving forward.
3. Interview & Trial
Meet with us, then complete a trial placement with a family.
4. Nanny Training Course
Every Nanny Asiri caregiver is trained directly by Lili, who is CPR-licensed to train other nannies.
5. Nanny Agreements & Pay
We help set up a professional agreement and make sure you're paid legally.
Many of our clients are prominent individuals; candidates may be asked to sign a confidentiality form, and all placements are treated with strict confidence.
Nanny Asiri acts solely as a referral service; employment decisions rest with the client. We make no guarantee of referral, placement, employment, or compensation.
